Two real businesses, in Spain, already using these automations: an accounting firm that has stopped typing in its invoices, and a logistics company whose clients check their stock without having to ask. Any detail that would identify the company has been left out; the results are measured.

Stops typing in invoices and bank statements

Before

Every invoice for every company in its client list, and every transaction on every bank statement, was typed by hand into a3asesor.

What was built

A system that collects the documents by company and type, reads them with AI page by page, checks them, and prepares the import file for a3asesor, and the Norma 43 file for a3asesor Bank.

Quality control

Only what's been checked goes through. Anything hard to read, anything that doesn't add up, anything duplicated, and anything that depends on the firm's own accounting judgement is set aside with the reason written down, and the firm resolves it in a minute.

Where it stands today

Running with real documents, in its supervised trial: every file is checked before it's imported. It moves to production as soon as each company's configuration is finalised.

Its clients check their own stock

Before

Stock and movements for each client lived in the warehouse's spreadsheet. Clients had no way to see for themselves how much they had left, or what had come in or gone out.

What was built

A portal where each client logs in with their own account from their phone and sees their stock and movements. It reads the spreadsheets the company already used: the company uploads them and the portal re-reads them every 10 minutes. Nobody has had to learn a new program.

How it protects data

Each client can only see their own data, and never the company's prices. Passwords aren't stored in plain text, and the portal runs on its own server. A backup every night, and another off the server every week.

Where it stands today

In production, with the company's real clients. Monitored automatically, and it recovers on its own without anyone having to touch anything.
