Because every answer from Fold comes with the file and the row it comes from, and anyone on your team can check it. If the data isn't there, it says so; if two rows could be the answer, it shows you both.

With custom automations, everything is checked before it's accepted: that the amounts add up, that nothing is duplicated, and that it's really from who it claims to be. Anything that doesn't pass the check is set aside with the reason written down, and it all starts with a supervised adjustment period using your real documents.

You start with the Free plan, 2 questions a day (up to 10 a week) and no card required. Paid plans start from €49.99 a month plus tax and go up to 10,000 questions a month, with no long-term contract. With annual billing, coming very soon, you pay for 11 months and use 12. All of them, in plans and pricing.

Yes. Fold works with any company that uses Excel, Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, wherever it's based. Prices are shown in euros, and tax is applied according to your company's country when you pay.

For day-to-day questions, no: Fold answers at any time. The call for large automations is booked in Madrid time, and the calendar shows you the free slots so you can pick the one that suits you.

No. Fold and the automations connect from the outside to what you already use: your Excel files, your folders, your accounting or management software. Nobody has to migrate anything or learn a new program.

Your data stays yours. Fold reads what you choose with read-only access, never writes or deletes anything in your files, and what belongs to each company is only seen by that company. You can remove its access from the app itself whenever you want.

An AI provider is used to understand your questions and read documents. If you handle your own clients' data, this is checked against your data processing agreement before anything is connected.

The opposite: it's where it shows the most. A small business doesn't have an IT department, and the hours spent looking for a piece of data or answering the same question over and over are lost by someone who has far more important things to do. That's exactly what the free plan is for: trying it with your own files before you pay anything.

That's normal. Inside Fold, under "Request improvements", a guided conversation asks how you work and what keeps repeating, then suggests what can run on its own, with its price and its timeline. If what comes out of it is large, it's covered in a free 30-minute call.

No. Fold has no long-term contract: you upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the app itself. And if you ever stop using a custom automation, we hand over your data and put in writing what's still to be deleted, and when.

Half an hour by video call, at no cost, and only for large automations: the ones that integrate with another system, touch money or your clients' data, or have several sources and complex rules. You tell us what you want to automate when you book, we arrive having read it, and afterwards we send you the quote, with no obligation.

We do. Fold and anything built to measure are watched automatically: if something needs attention, we know about it straight away, with the detail of what and where, and it gets fixed. You don't have to keep an eye on anything.
