What Fold can do today

Fold connects to your files, learns what each piece of data means, and answers your team with the exact row each figure comes from. This is what's already built; if you're missing something, request it from inside the app itself.

Connections: it reads, never writes

Fold connects with read-only access: it never moves, changes or deletes anything in your original files. You choose which folders it sees, and you can revoke access whenever you like, from inside the app.

Example modules, not a limit

Everything Fold can do is a module. Your company gets the ones that suit it, and new ones arrive like any other update.

Your files: Any table you show it. It suggests what each column means, you confirm it once, and from then on it answers from that sheet.
Rates and prices: The price of any product or service, from the rate sheet you already have, with the exact row it comes from.
Stock: Stock levels by product, warehouse or date, from your stock sheet exactly as you last saved it.
Trips and routes: What went out, when and for whom: by date, customer, carrier or route, and it adds it up if you ask.

Your company might need something else: a case file, a booking, an order history. That's built as a custom automation, with a price and a timeline before it starts.

If the data isn't there, it says so

If the data isn't in your files, Fold says so: "not there". If two rows could be the answer, it shows you both and doesn't choose for you. And if it adds something up for you (a total, a list across several days), it does it with the source rows in view: no figure ever comes from an assumption made by the model.
