Any automation your company needs
Fold already answers your everyday questions. If your business needs more, such as a specific process, an integration or a report you still do by hand, request it from inside the app itself, with a price and a timeline before we start.
How to request one
Tell Fold about it
Open "Request improvements" in the app and explain what you need, in your own words.
A guided conversation closes it
It asks just enough to fully understand it: what data exists, which systems it lives in, what rules and exceptions apply, and what "done right" looks like for you.
You see the price and the timeline
Once that's settled, we tell you how much it costs and when it's ready. Nothing gets built or charged until you accept it.
Three sizes, three prices
The size is set by the work involved, not how urgent it is. Small and medium jobs have a fixed price; large ones get a quote after we've gone through it together.
- Small
- €59.99 + tax, in 3 business days. A tweak to something that already exists: changing a rule, adding a piece of data to an answer, adjusting a notification.
- Medium
- €399.99 + tax, in 10 business days. A new feature built from pieces we already have: a new query module, a scheduled report, an alert with its own condition.
- Large
- Custom quote. It integrates with another system, touches money or your customers’ data, or has long rules and several data sources. We go through it together in a free 30-minute call and send you the quote afterwards.
Nothing is ever built or charged without your prior acceptance. And if you recommend Fold, every company you refer gets you a discount on these automations: "Refer a company".
What's already been built, and what we can build for you
Each one has its own page: what it takes off your hands, what it connects to, and what's needed to get it running. They all start the same way: with a supervised settling-in period, using your real documents.
Invoices and statements, without typing
AI reads scanned invoices and bank statements, checks that the figures match, and prepares the file ready for your accounting software.
See it in a real case: an accounting firm
- How they come in
- Scanned from the printer, by email, or dropped into a Google Drive folder. One folder per company and per document type.
- What it checks
- That the net and VAT add up to the total, that the invoice isn't already registered, and, for statements, that the balances chain from one entry to the next.
- Where it goes
- Tested with a3asesor: the SUENLACE.DAT file to import invoices, and Norma 43 for a3asesor Bank. With other software, we test it with your own files before starting.
- What you check
- Only what's worth a look: whatever's hard to read, doesn't match, is repeated, or the withholdings and different VAT rates, until you decide which account each one goes to. Each one, with its reason written down.
- You stay in control
- The file is ready and you import it whenever you like: nothing enters your accounts without your say-so.
Data that moves on its own from one place to another
What someone copies and pastes today: from one spreadsheet to another, from an email to a sheet, from a sheet into the software you use.
- What it connects to
- Excel and Google Sheets, email, Google Drive, OneDrive, and any software that allows outside connections. We test it with your files before starting.
- Quality control
- Whatever doesn't match (a column that changes name, an amount that doesn't make sense) is set aside and flagged: nothing goes through unnoticed.
- No migrations
- It connects to the software you already use, from the outside: nothing to switch, nothing new to learn.
A portal where your customers see their own data
A private page where each customer logs in with their own account and checks their own information (their stock and their activity, for example) without having to call you.
See it in a real case: a logistics company
- Where the data comes from
- From the spreadsheets you already use: the portal updates every few minutes.
- Who sees what
- Each customer sees only their own data. The filter sits in the data layer, not on screen, and passwords are never stored in plain text.
- From where
- Built for mobile, since that's where people check it.
Alerts that don't rely on remembering
Emails that go out on their own when something happens: a document to review, a customer request, a deadline coming up.
- When they go out
- Only when there's something to say, so every alert gets read.
- What they say
- What's happened and what to do about it, in plain language. Understood without opening any software.
- Who gets them
- Whoever it concerns. Nothing messages your customers without you deciding it should.
And more that's already working
This is how data gets entered at many companies today: someone types it in, one by one.
- An assistant that answers the phone
- Answers, understands what the caller needs, notes down their details and sends a summary by email once the call ends. Answers in about 2.2 seconds, measured on full test calls; waiting on its first company.
- Websites and dashboards
- Fast websites that look good on mobile and dashboards with your business numbers in front of you, drawn from data you already have. This very website is one.
- Video for social media, in series
- From a script to a finished vertical video, with images and music licensed for commercial use. Running on our own channels, not yet offered as a service for other companies.
Where the care goes
It's what gets asked most once someone's serious about it.
- With the software you already have
- It connects to what you use every day, from the outside. Switching software is an expensive project that's almost never needed to fix what's actually hurting.
- You sign off on the money
- Amounts, invoices and tax data go through a review. The work arrives ready; the sign-off is a person's.
- Starts supervised
- A settling-in period with your real documents, until what it does matches what you'd have done yourself. Only then does it start running on its own.
- Only what's clear goes through
- What passes the checks moves on; what's doubtful is set aside with the reason written down. It's two minutes of your time, and in exchange your numbers add up.
Is yours a large one?
If it integrates with another system, touches money or your customers' data, or has several sources and complex rules, let's go through it together in 30 minutes, no cost, and we'll send you a quote afterwards. For small and medium jobs, no call is needed: request it from inside Fold.
