A busier month? Every 100 extra questions cost €7.99 + tax. Fold keeps answering as usual: the service is never cut off mid-month.
Prices in euros and without tax. Tax depends on your company's country and is added when you pay; in Spain, for example, 21% VAT. No long-term contract: cancel from inside the app.

Custom automations
If you need something Fold doesn't do today, request it from inside the app, under "Request improvements". Price and timeline before you start, depending on the size:
- Small
- €59.99 + tax, in 3 business days. A tweak to something that already exists: changing a rule, adding a piece of data to an answer, adjusting a notification.
- Medium
- €399.99 + tax, in 10 business days. A new feature built from pieces we already have: a new query module, a scheduled report, an alert with its own condition.
- Large
- Custom quote. It integrates with another system, touches money or your customers’ data, or has long rules and several data sources. We go through it together in a free 30-minute call and send you the quote afterwards.

Refer a company
If Fold works for you and you recommend it, every company you refer that stays on a paid plan gets you a discount on the custom automations you request.
You get 5%, 8%, 12% or 15% off for every company you bring in, depending on the plan that company takes, on the custom automations you order: up to 50% during the launch (the first 100 companies), and up to 20% after that. You need to be on a paid plan yourself, and your monthly Fold subscription is always paid in full. The company you bring in gets 100 free questions in its first paid month.
Each company has its own referral code inside the app, under "Referrals", with the exact terms shown before you share anything.
What people ask about pricing
Does the free plan need a card?
No. You get 2 questions a day, up to 10 a week, to try it with your own files before paying anything.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 11 months and use 12: one month is free. It's coming very soon to the app; until then, billing is monthly and you can switch to yearly once it's available.
What tax do I pay if my company isn't in Spain?
Prices are shown in euros, without tax. When you pay, the tax that applies to your company's country and tax number is added; you'll see it itemised on your invoice.
What happens if we ask more questions than our plan allows in a month?
Fold keeps answering: the service doesn't just cut off. Extra questions are billed in packs, at the price shown above, below the plans.
Is there a minimum term?
Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to, and cancel from inside the app, with no minimum number of months.
Does the referral discount lower my plan's fee?
No: your monthly fee is always paid in full. The discount applies to the custom automations you request, up to 50% during the launch (the first 100 companies), and up to 20% after that. And you need to be on a paid plan.
