The three steps behind every answer

The Fold your company uses answers with your own data, not this website's.

Connect your files (Excel, Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox) with read-only access, and your team asks from their computer or phone, any time: "what's the price on this rate?", "how much stock do we have left?". Every answer comes from your numbers, with the row it came from. (SharePoint is coming soon.)

None of this changes how you work today: Fold never writes, moves or deletes anything in your files, and each company's data is seen only by that company.

  1. 1 · You connect your files

    With read-only access. You decide which folders it sees, and you can revoke access whenever you like.

  2. 2 · It learns what each column means

    The first time it sees a new file, it suggests what each piece of data means, and it doesn't use it until you confirm.

  3. 3 · It answers with its source

    The answer, and which file and row it's from. If two figures don't match, or the data's missing, it says so: it doesn't choose for you or round a number.

When a piece of data isn't in your files, Fold answers "not there". When two rows could be the answer, it shows you both. No figure ever comes from a guess.
