One of your own systems, yes: from the Core plan Fold reads from your ERP, CRM or management software, read-only, through its API, through a CSV or Excel file published at an address, or by receiving the data through a webhook.

SharePoint, not yet: it's announced, with a "coming soon" lock. The connection to Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox is ready but still waiting on approval from those providers (see "How do I connect the company's Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox?"). In the meantime, you can upload the Excel by hand or request it as a custom automation.
