What is the company's monthly dashboard?
From the Business plan you get a monthly dashboard (the Dashboard tab) with revenue, expenses, profit and the month's alerts, always calculated from your own files, never from an estimate.
From the Business plan, the Dashboard tab shows a monthly overview of the company: revenue, expenses, profit and a summary of the month's alerts, all calculated from the real tables Fold reads from your files (never from an estimate or an invented figure). It's cumulative: the Scale and Enterprise plans have it too.
What it does and doesn't do
The dashboard reads and summarises; it never changes or corrects any data in your files. If a figure can't be calculated safely (for example, an ambiguous amount or an impossible date), it's set aside and counted as an "unused row" instead of forcing a number. The dashboard is only as good as the data behind it: if something looks off, check the source file first.
