Does Fold have its own calendar? How do I connect it to mine?
Yes — from the Core plan Fold keeps its own calendar: you ask it for an appointment by chat, it proposes slots within the company's working hours, and confirms duration and reminder before saving anything. From the Calendar screen you get an iCal link to subscribe your Google Calendar, Outlook or whichever calendar you use, and it stays up to date on its own.
From the Core plan, Fold keeps its own calendar: you ask it for an appointment by chat ("book a call with this customer on Thursday at 10") and Fold looks for slots within the company's configured working hours (by default, 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday) and proposes the nearest one. Before saving anything, it always confirms the duration (30 minutes by default) and how much notice it will give you (30 minutes by default): those details are stated right in the confirmation, never hidden away.
Subscribing your own calendar
From the Calendar screen you get your company's own iCal link: paste it into Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar or whichever you use, and Fold's appointments show up there on their own, with nothing to export or copy by hand. If you want to share one specific appointment with someone who hasn't subscribed to the link, you can download its individual .ics file from the Calendar screen and forward it.
Time zone and working hours
The calendar works in the company's time zone (Europe/Madrid by default). The hours it uses to look for slots (days and time range) can be adjusted, and are always stated when Fold proposes a time to you.
