What's the Access screen for, and what are the keys I store there used for?
In Account › Access you store the keys or credentials an automation of yours needs to work (an API, a database, an SFTP). They're encrypted in their own vault: the value is never shown again once saved, and you can revoke or renew it whenever you like.
In Account › Access you store the keys or credentials an automation of yours needs to work: an API key, a database username and password, an SFTP login (a secure way to connect to another system), or another type. When you create an access entry you give it a name, a type, what it's for, and which automation it's tied to; the value is typed once, in the form, and never shown again anywhere after that — the server's response never includes it, so it can't be shown by accident even by mistake.
Revoking and renewing
Each access entry shows its status (active, expired or revoked), when it was created, when it expires, and when it was last used. You can revoke it at any time (it stops working immediately) or renew it before it expires. Only someone with permission to manage features can create, revoke or renew an access entry.
Not to be confused with "Company sign-in" (Account › Company sign-in): that screen is for signing IN to Fold with your company account, not for your automations' keys, which live on this screen.
