Free 7-day trial of a bigger plan
how to activate a free trial of the next plan up, no card required, and what happens when it ends.
If you're not sure whether you need a bigger plan, you can try the features of the plan immediately above yours for 7 days, free and without a card.
How to start it
On the plans screen you'll see a "Try it free for 7 days" option if your current plan has a trial available (today, from Basic, Standard, or Professional up to the next tier).
What changes during the trial, and what doesn't
During the 7 days you get the features of the higher plan (for example, the "director" AI analysis if you trial a plan that includes it). What doesn't change is your number of questions, seats, or discounts — those stay whatever your regular paid plan gives you.
When the trial ends
You automatically drop back to your usual plan, with nothing to cancel and nothing charged at all. You get an email two days before it ends and another when it's over, in case you'd like to actually upgrade before that date.
Trial limits
Each company can trial a given plan once. There's also a limit per tax ID and per card, so the same company can't chain trials using different accounts.
What cuts a trial short
A failed payment or downgrading your current plan during the trial ends it early.
If you decide to keep it
If you'd like to keep the trialed plan once it ends, you can upgrade for real from Account › Plan and billing anytime, even before the trial finishes.
