The annual plan: one month free
what changes if you pay for your plan once a year instead of every month.
Every paid Fold plan (Basic, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise) has an annual version, with one month free included: you pay upfront the equivalent of 11 months and get 12.
What doesn't change
The questions included in your plan stay the same every month: the counter is monthly, it doesn't accumulate or get pulled forward just because you paid for the whole year. Everything else the plan includes (seats, features, connections) is the same on monthly and annual.
How to switch
From Account › Plan and billing you can switch from monthly to annual, or from annual to monthly, whenever you want.
- Switching from monthly to annual charges the difference right away (crediting whatever was left of the current paid month), and the change takes effect as soon as that charge is confirmed.
- Switching from annual to monthly leaves whatever you hadn't used of the year as credit on your account.
How the price is shown
On the plans screen, each plan shows its monthly price and its annual price, with the savings from the free month. The exact amounts, tax included, are always there — we don't repeat them here since they can change.
